Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about The CANTA Project? You’re in the right place. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about who we are, what we do, and how you can get involved.
What is The CANTA Project?

The CANTA Project—Congregaciones Ayudando a Niños a ser Transformados en Adoradores—is an initiative of Convención Bautista Hispana de Texas that equips Hispanic congregations along the Texas–Mexico border to nurture children and families in worship and prayer.

CANTA serves pastors, parents, worship leaders, and church volunteers who want to help children grow in faith and worship within their congregations. We are launching cohorts in 2026 along the Rio Grande Valley. We will also have virtual cohorts available for our churches across Texas.

We will offer bilingual materials, training workshops, and coaching sessions that guide congregations in developing worship-centered programs for children and families.

Churches can join the CANTA network by reaching out to our team for partnership opportunities, resource access, and local training events.
Yes. CANTA is rooted in the legacy of the Convención Bautista Hispana de Texas and collaborates with local churches and ministry leaders to promote faith-based growth.
You can support us through prayer, volunteering, or donations that help expand our bilingual resources and community training efforts.
Why Connect With Canta?

Your Partner in Nurturing the Next Generation

At The CANTA Project, we are dedicated to equipping Hispanic congregations and families with resources and guidance that are Biblically-sound, culturally relevant, and spiritually enriching.
We combine creativity, music, storytelling, and coaching to help churches foster meaningful worship experiences where children feel seen, valued, and connected to their faith. By partnering with pastors, parents, and worship leaders, we ensure that every child can grow in their God-given identity, every family can thrive in prayer, and every congregation can flourish in faith.
Choosing CANTA means investing in a joyful, authentic, and lasting transformation—one child, one song, and one story at a time.
